Position Summary: Conducts routine and complex tests for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, and performs related duties, following established standards and practices. Assumes responsibility for problem solving, systems control and instruction.Minimum Education (Required): Certification Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Courses in Chemistry and Biology Required Course(s)/ Training: Completion of a formal training program in an approved M.T. program Required Certification/ Registration: Registered as a medical technologist (ASCP) or equivalent.
