Senior Business Systems Analyst - Technology
Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Sr Business Systems Analyst is to act as the liaison between the business and IT organizations to provide business critical or complex technical solutions that meet user needs and improve business performance by providing the technical analysis of business requirements, problem solving and troubleshooting as part of a larger project team.ResponsibilitiesLead the Brokerage Change Governance team. This position has two direct reports and the team is responsible for the following aspects of the Brokerage Platform: manage monthly Beta Host Release, manage Agile calendar for AI/MF queues, Brokerage Intake, Thomson Reuters (TR) work requests, manage off-cycle TR releases, provide metrics, run the Brokerage Change Governance meeting.
