Chief Compliance Officer
Job DescriptionAmeriprise is currently seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to lead Compliance for one of the largest Broker Dealers in the country. In this role, you will lead compliance for a field force of nearly 10,000 advisors and field leaders shaping the governance of our Advice and Wealth Management business.You will participate in executive leadership meetings and work closely with the President of Advice and Wealth Management as well as the Presidents of the Ameriprise Franchise and Employee channels respectively. We have built a strong reputation based on client-focus, integrity and strong governance, and the Chief Compliance Officer plays a key role in these areas.The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development, implementation and management of the regulatory compliance program for Advice and Wealth Management including the distribution channel, retail advisory activities, and clearing and brokerage operations.
