Paralegal - Finance
Job Description Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a paralegal in our Philadelphia office to support our nationally-recognized finance lawyers who represent commercial lenders in virtually every type of commercial financing transaction. The successful candidate will undertake a range of tasks and responsibilities that include: preparation of documentation for closings including, organizing, proofreading and assembling documents; conducting due-diligence; drafting loan documents, closing certificates and opinions; coordinating closing logistics; preparing and filing of UCC Financing Statements; researching industry databases, publicly-available information from local governments and other sources, and applicable law.Required Skills This position requires someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and understands the cycle of a transaction. Candidates considered will be proactive self-starters with demonstrated experience maintaining high quality work products in a fast-paced environment and within time constraints. Job Description Ballard Spahr LLP a leading national law firm is accepting applications for a Senior A/V Specialist in our Philadelphia PA office. The Senior Audio Visual Specialist provides support for all video teleconferencing (Cisco and Polycom VTC endpoints), AV services (Audio and Web based conferencing), Collaboration technology (Webex, Team clients) and Voice systems (Cisco) throughout the firm. This position ensures that all collaboration technology and conference room equipment remains operational for end users through daily use. As A Senior Audio Visual Specialist, You Will Set up, monitor and provide ongoing support for AV, video recording and video conferencing services using Cisco TMS, CMS and cloud based services. *Support on-site multicast webcasting/content streaming on internal and external networks.*Coordinate AV logistics and set up audio visual equipment in accordance with scheduled events.*Troubleshoot video teleconferencing (VTC) endpoints and solve issues regarding conference room audio and video equipment.*Track all AV and VTC service requests by utilizing the Firm’s tracking and support system.*Resolve, document and follow up on customer related outages and incidents.*Maintain and track inventory of all AV and video services equipment.*Perform quarterly preventive maintenance on VTC systems and identify any equipment in need of corrective repairs.Required Skills The selected individual will be self-motivated with strong customer service and team building skills, have an exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
