Job Description
Responsible for the coordination of department related activities including calculating billing information and needs based on available resources and balancing the workforce within Production to achieve daily goals.

QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCIES):
* Knowledge of basic mathematics
* Good communication skills: listening, verbal and written skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Physical Demands: This position has a frequent heavy lifting requirement of 30 - 50 lbs. Occasional very heavy lifting requirement of up to 75 lbs. 10. This position requires constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and climbing the stairs.
* Work Environment: Warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling equipment and conveyors.

Required Qualifications
* Assign employees to work areas within Production to achieve a balanced workload.
* Calculate Billing Information based on available resources.
* Maintain a balanced workload throughout Production by taking several readings throughout the day, adjusting/reassigning personnel as needed, preparing "line-ups" for each wave, and calculating projected time of completion.
* Utilize various reports, summaries and procedures as necessary to resolve problems that Piece Pickers, Stockers, and Case Pickers may encounter throughout the day.
* Perform other duties as required by Supervision/Management.
* Overtime demands - seasonal and heavy promotional times require overtime regularly, up to and including weekends.
* Review Start-up information with Production Supervisors prior to shift commencement.
* Present area Start-up Meeting at shift commencement in an organized and timely manner.
* Assist Supervisors in the distribution vacation slips, and productivity related information, and other material/information as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior warehouse experience

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is preferred
