Job Description

Must have experience in an Enterprise Environment


The Access Management Coordinator is responsible for providing appropriate systems and applications access to all associates at point of hire or as required by position changes. Responsible for the timely removal of associates from corporate systems and applications as required by job changes or termination from company.

Essential Functions:

  • Review, prioritize, and process access requests received via telephone, e-mail, and in-person.
  • Document and maintain access request forms and data as required.
  • Provision and de-provision accounts in all company domains and maintain Exchange access.
  • Maintain Access Management standards and SLAs regarding productivity and process each request with a high level of attention to details.
  • Provide guidance to end-users’ access requests and obtain the proper approval for each request.
  • Research existing access and build roles for existing/new job requisitions.
  • Maintain access to corporate applications, including but not limited to: Active Directory – Server access, Network folder access; LDAP, Microsoft Exchange & Lync
  • Provide periodic reports to IT and business management as required/requested.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned or required by changing business needs

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Associate’s degree or technical school equivalent preferred
  • One to three (3) years of call center/customer service/help desk experience required


  • Must have experience in an Enterprise Environment
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows Active Directory environment.
