PURPOSE:Support and conduct retail business reporting, research, analysis and retail system/tool development.Provide insights from analysis and research to management to aid decision making.Provide training to retail businesses and corporate partners on retail systems/tools.

Official Title is a Business Analyst.


  • Conduct retail business reporting, research and analysis for management that drives better business decisions and opportunity identification.
  • Present/communicate insights from research and analysis to management to aid decision making and opportunity identification.
  • Support the development and maintenance of retail systems/tools that provide value to business partners.
  • Provide education and training on retail systems/tools to business partners, including retail businesses (ARO and CORO).
  • Relies on experience to plan and accomplish goals.May provide work direction to associate analyst.

  • Bachelor's degree (pursuing or desire to pursue MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analyst related field (marketing, sales, finance or business)
  • Excellent computer skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in developing marketing, sales or operations tools and reporting.
  • Experience in developing and using a Business Intelligence tool (Qlik Sense preferred)
  • Basic knowledge or understanding of SQL is desired
  • Experience with developing reports in Salesforce is preferred
