Description

At Prolific, our people are at the origin of everything we do: from the way we interact with partners, to how we approach our work, to the way Prolific operates. Prolific is its people and its culture. It’s hard to think of a reason we should exist if we’re not a place where people feel a sense of well-being, excitement, and belonging. Prolific must be designed around this kind of experience.

As Director of People Operations, you and your team will be responsible for designing and executing a people operations strategy that delivers against this experience and supports our ambitious business growth. You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams on a regular basis to create a collaborative and high-performance environment where our people can thrive and carry on the entrepreneurial spirit upon which Prolific was founded.

As part of the People Operations team, you will develop innovative programs that keep employees engaged and enable them to deliver their life’s best work, while ensuring there are clear, established processes. This position will be responsible for the core People Operations areas including employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employment law, compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent attraction. We are looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable in their craft, loves to collaborate, and has the courage to challenge the norm. You will be extremely reliable, but not afraid to explore the unknown in search of the path of the greatest impact.
