Job Summary-
In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of complex machinery that will then be shipped directly to the customer. From time to time, you will travel to the customer’s site to perform testing, debugging or maintenance on machinery. Typically, you will work weekday hours with some flexibility required for travel. You will be compensated with a very competitive hourly wage based on overall experience and abilities.

What will you do?

o   Assemble mechanical and electrical components of machinery

o   Complete machine testing to debug mechanical/electrical devices

o   Diagnose and troubleshoot issues on electromechanical equipment

o   Read and interpret blueprints, machine drawings and parts diagrams

o   Apply understanding of basic mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.


What experience and skills do you need?

o   2-4 year degree in Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, Engineering, or related field

o   Previous experience in a manufacturing plant or industrial environment is helpful

o   Electrical and mechanical knowledge and/or experience with the ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints

o   Ability to work independently while also cooperating with others and fostering teamwork

o   Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers

o   Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

o   Ability to work overtime as necessary and to travel both domestically and internationally
