This position will report into the VP, Finance and will provide administrative support to certain sub-functions within the Finance organization. Support will include managing Outlook calendars, making travel arrangements, facilitating internal meetings and other administrative tasks.
Job Description
* Provide administrative support to certain leaders within the Finance organization which includes: calendar management, expenses, meeting logistics, technology and team meetings, etc.

* Coordinate large meetings and/or training sessions. Ensure distribution lists are correct, draft invitations, and send on behalf of team members. Schedule rooms and coordinate production of meeting materials.

* Manage, edit and finalize clear/concise PowerPoint presentations for key meetings.

* Help plan and track multiple budgets. Create all POs, communicate with multiple vendors on project status and invoice submission, track invoices and work closely with finance throughout the year to remain on budget.

* Collaborate with peers to provide administrative coverage for Finance during vacations.

* Maintain annual Calendar with key events and meetings.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.

* Excellent organizational and operational skills.

* Exemplary Microsoft Office skills; advanced PowerPoint capabilities strongly preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to think outside the box.

* Strong communications skills.

* Self-motivated and self-confident individual who is comfortable operating with moderate direction and who thrives in a dynamic environment.

* 3 to 5 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in executive support.

* Prior experience in finance is preferred.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred, with applicable studies in human resources, business, communications or related field.
