We’re looking for a QA Manager to join our QA team in the EXO/VQM area. This role will see you building ground-breaking campaigns and bringing bold ideas to the organization. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will get to work across many different categories and build the supplier quality program without disrupt to our supply chain.  


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the supplier quality program for Sanford site and EXO Luxury
  • Providing support for supplier issues that disrupt customer service issues
  • Tracking team output and performance against business objectives
  • North America Quality System and harmonization of standard practices
  • Release of EXO Coty products for North America
  • Managing TPM and VQM suppliers’ audits (training, audit management, audit tools, etc.
  • Adhering to the audit plan by performing assigned audits according to latest regulatory requirements (FDA OTC, EU 1233/2009, ISO 22716)
  • Hosting external Bodies and Health Authorities in North Americas for any inspection on EXO finished goods
  • Building and sustaining CAPA programs and communication with the TPM’s and VQM’s
  • Deploying Coty QA policy and strategy across the TPM/VQM network
  • Assigning Quality KPIs to TPM’s and follow ups
  • Creating global deployment of quality training modules for the EXO NA organization
  • Coordinating the collection of Quality KPIs and drive continuous quality improvements (systems, processes, capability)
  • The creation, review, finalization and adherence to the budget for QA related activities
  • Collaborating cross functionally in the supply chain to achieve all KPI’s
  • Planning, conducting and supervising assignments and is ultimately responsible for meeting of objectives within the area responsibility
  • Managing direct reports ensuring that all employees receive the adequate training and development to cope with the job and changes
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • Experience working closely with Suppliers and EXO teams with driving continuous improvement of poor performance
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics or Science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
  • TQM skills and GMP experience
  • FDA experience desirable
  • The ability to manage crises that will impact consumer safety and customer service issues
  • The ability to travel frequently both domestic and internationally
