Position Description

Develops and leads the HR technology roadmap, HR process development and continuous improvement, project coordination and day-to-day management for the Company’s HRIS and Shared Services team. Leads an internal team to partner with HR to efficiently deliver HR services through technology and process with an emphasis on employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Leads the HRIS and HR Shared Services team in managing day-to-day activities to support the business by partnering with Human Resources Business Partners and Generalists, administrative shared services and centers of expertise (Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, etc.)

  2. Takes a consultative approach to defining and delivering efficient HRIS applications and processes that deliver a positive employee experience

  3. Develops and maintains the Company’s global HR technology roadmap integrating new technology and functionality as it arises

  4. Oversees the development of documentation and maintenance and storage/retention of all HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  5. Prioritizes work assignments and management of functional team resources

  6. Manages third-party vendors to develop Service Level Agreements and ensure performance standards are met

  7. Prepares the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning for HR systems and related applications and outsourced services

  8. Develops and monitors service level metrics, and prepares recommendations for changes, to meet goals and objectives

  9. Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget

  10. Performs other duties as assigned

Job Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated accomplishments managing enterprise HR Systems to support functional areas

  • Process-oriented and consultative approach to developing and refining HR processes

  • Strong organization and time management skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills for both written and verbal communication

  • Solid computer skills, specifically in data analysis and manipulation

  • Ability to influence change

  • Self-directed, flexible and team-oriented

  • Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location

Bachelor's Degree in Related field or or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements

  • Minimum seven years experience managing enterprise Human Resource Information Systems for large, complex organizations

  • Minimum five years experience managing internal professional and administrative staff

  • Minimum five years managing vendors, to include RFP development, vendor selection and project management of implementation/transition
