Position Summary:

As an Implementation Consultant you will play a key role in fitting our application offerings to client business practices. An in-depth knowledge of business practices including accounting, inventory management, distribution, and/or manufacturing is essential to success in this position. Applicants should have strong ERP applications experience.


Duties:

· Support business development, by helping the sales team assess prospects' needs and propose and demonstrate appropriate solutions.

· Perform needs assessments, discovering client business needs and goals, and design comprehensive IT solutions to meet those needs and goals.

· Plan and lead implementations of comprehensive ERP solutions.

· Identify and respond to customer questions, issues, and service opportunities.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure that they continue to effectively use IT as a tool to achieving their business goals.

· Work collaboratively with internal and external resources in tasks relating to implementation under sometimes demanding time constraints.

· Determine work priorities for yourself and others in accordance with project plans, timelines, fluid work demands, and implementation policies and practices.

· Communicate project status and key issues effectively to clients and KLH management.

· Create high level and detailed programming specifications of required application modifications.

· Perform end user training for small groups.

· Occasionally travel to obtain application technical certifications and perform onsite implementation tasks for clients.

· To install and configure Microsoft Dynamics Nav application software for client use at the direction of the project manager, conferring with other developers, systems analysts, and implementation team members to establish software requirements and ensure project specifications are met

· To participate in the evaluation and analysis of business requirements, and assist in defining program requirements and software configuration

· To give training and provide support for any questions the customers

· Commerce may have regarding the usage of software to their business within a reasonable time frame.

· Keep and maintain all project logs and ensure proper delivery of the projects to the customers of the company to satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years ERP experience, Dynamics NAV/Business Central

· ERP (Dynamics NAV/Business Central) Implementation/upgrade experience of full ERP

· Experience conducting business analysis, documenting business processes, and designing Dynamics NAV system specifications

· Experience providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for Dynamics NAV users, troubleshooting errors, making system improvements

· General accounting knowledge desired.

· Require minimum BS/BA in Business or related major. Prefer MBA.

· CPA or other significant accounting experience.

· 5+ years of experience working with business systems with an emphasis in inventory, distribution, and/or manufacturing systems.

· Immersion in an implementation environment, preferably with successful lead of two or more ERP system implementations or version upgrades.

SQL Database Admin, Network diagnostic and monitoring software, Disaster Recovery planning and implementation; Wine business background
