Job Description

KLINGSPOR Abrasives is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative.

Inside Sales Representatives identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term, profitable customer relationships in assigned territories where there is no KLINGSPOR Representation. To achieve this goal, an Inside Sales Representative strives to provide all customers with service that exceeds their expectations in a professional manner. No travel required.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

1) Proactively develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, industry, client needs, and company policies.

2) Contacting existing & prospective customers by various communication avenues.

3) Generate leads and push prospects through the sales pipeline.

4) Collaborate with customers to determine their requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.

5) Present price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers profitability profiles.

6) Proactively recommend products needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability.

7) Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

8) Perform other duties as assigned by Corporate Accounts Manager.

Minimum Requirements

A bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 to 5 years consummate experience in sales.

KLINGSPOR offers thorough systems and product training during the onboarding process.

Standard work hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
