Job Description

Responsible for continuous research and data analysis to strategically drive media performance for the Direct Response Television (DRTV) program. Uses a high degree of concentration to identify the correlation between DRTV cash flow, media spend and overall performance to enhancement the DRTV model.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive performance, enhancing reporting capabilities and ensuring media investments are spent accordingly to budget.Supports optimal new donor acquisition goals for the DRTV program by assisting in monitoring and analyzing performance results and evaluating potential opportunities for incremental investments.

  • Requires a thorough knowledge of direct marketing fundraising or marketing through mediachannels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external relations.
  • Understands complex verbal and written instructions.
  • Understand data processing applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor's degree and 3 years or above of direct marketing fundraising or marketing experience, including experience leading and implementing new projects or programs.
