The In-store Excellence Manager is responsible for managing the in-store support (freelance) of US Luxury Division to deliver efficiency and improved ROI leveraging our internal data. This position will also work closely with cross-functional teams locally and globally.



In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Budget Management
    • Work with finance and sell-thru channel leaders on annual and on-going budget planning and to ensure consistent alignment with freelance plan throughout year
    • Present channel and account allocation strategy for maximizing ROI
  • Reporting and ROI Management
    • Present ROI performance, key learnings and recommendations to organization on a monthly basis as well as after key consumption periods
    • Work with Accelerated Analytics on ROI deliverables to organization to best analyze productivity of freelance by door and time period
    • Manage freelance data integrity in BI tool
  • Vendor Management
    • Work with Randstad and AllWork to ensure efficiencies for sell-thru teams and freelance audience, and continuous enhancing of scheduling/timesheet management tool
    • Manage onboarding and training of internal sell-thru new hires
    • Coordinate with Randstad on door alignments and overall data integrity
  • Team Management
    • Responsible for guiding and developing 1 indirect report


We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree, 4+ years professional experience in data & analytics and data mining
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data from multiple sources, interpret the data, and turn into actionable conclusions
  • Strong understanding of consumer goods with a freelance model
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and organizational/time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solver
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Able to prioritize and make high-level decisions
  • Must be independent, proactive, flexible and work with a strong sense of urgency
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to juggle several priorities simultaneously, as well as the ability to shift focus efficiently and effectively as direction evolves
  • Ability to handle a high volume of sales team and cross-functional team questions and requests on a daily basis
