Job Description

Office Administrator Assistant - Shoreview, MN 55126
Contract to Hire
Part-Time – may grow into a full time roll based on employee aptitude, speed of learning and attitude. 

Essential Functions:
•    Handle Daily and Weekly Administrative Functions including:
o    Help with Communication | Email, LinkedIn, Voice Mails
o    Financial | Invoicing, AR review, Payment on File Management
o    Procurement | Quotes and order management, incoming products
o    License Management | add, subtract, agreement update
o    Project Ticket generation, payment and scheduling
o    Reporting | BNI, daily activity, etc.
•    Documentation – clients, prospects, technology, warranties, etc.
•    Daily Activity Summary Generation

Additional Functions:
•    Assist with Help Desk and miscellaneous office tasks as needed
•    Answer incoming calls and route as needed
Experience/Skills Required:
•    1+ years office administrative experience
•    Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Strong verbal communication skills
•    Positive and enthusiastic self-starter and team player
•    Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
•    Understanding of technology use within a Business Environment
•    Efficient Typing at 30+ Words Per Minute
