Job Description

- Definition and overall role
a. Responsible for complying the company’s overall standards (policies, processes) and systems for the company and its supply chain to operate within.
b. Regulate, control and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business.
c. Embed a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company.
d. Supporting the top management for implementing and updating activities.

- Performance management
a. Cross check all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) with Quality team in primarily charge of QMS and audit activities .
b. Train others in all aspects of the quality system and application of procedures.
c. Hold general meetings for weekly, monthly management, and any specials (Management Review, Risk management etc.) related to business plan.
d. Attend and lead various meetings and action/communicate instructions.
e. Produce written reports and make presentations.
f. Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization.
g. Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
h. Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
i. Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting
j. Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required
k. Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors.
l. Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
m. Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record on appropriate systems.
n. Any long strategy or plan to improve the company performance including space, quality, productivity, profit, process innovation etc.
o. Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to overall matters.
p. Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies in cooperation with safety committee.

- General Administration & Safety assist
a. Control general company property- related maintenance tasks, not limited to outside service contractor for building - Such as Janitorial, Lawn care, Cleaning, and etc.
b. Support other departments in General
c. Property management in cooperation with floor teams
d. Support services for operation of the company
e. Monitor facility for security and safety issue
f. Assist Safety committee as a facilitator in - Control safety issue at the company levels in proactive manner - Sustain safety requirement from the third party including government or third party.
g. Control company car and asset
h. Other duties assigned by Group Manager

- Others
a. Various assignments from the top Management or HQ corporate
b. Other functions may be added later per restructuring of the organization
c. Control documentations in terms of management system, translation etc.

a. Excellent leadership and man- management skills in conducting QM tasks
b. Excellent interpersonal skills
c. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
d. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
e. Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making

a. Project management skills in a timely manner
b. Must be computer literate, knowledge of MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint
c. Relevant industry experience is preferred
d. Bilingual speaker would be advantageous due to communication with Korean team
e. Automotive Quality Management System Auditing experience
f. Not required, but understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHAS 18001, and Miosha
