RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Support Analyst in Trevose, Pennsylvania (PA). Summary: The Program Support Analyst will have a specific focus on supporting the Program Management Office and working with the Project Managers of various projects. This role will be responsible for assisting with demand management, project tracking, release management, and status reporting. Further, this role will be responsible for helping to track program issues and risks along with managing co-dependencies on other projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with tracking the prioritization of projects in support of the Demand Management process
  • Support Release Management planning for products and capabilities in conjunction with all infrastructure and maintenance changes performed on the Digital Transformation environments
  • Capture, track and ultimately aggregate risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies at the Digital Transformation programmer level of projects
  • Develop the Digital Transformation Steering Board materials along with other Program updates intended for senior management
  • Support budget tracking process at the program level
  • For assigned meetings, document actions, decisions and ensure effective follow up
  • Manage the content on the Digital Boards and ensure they are kept up to date
  • Liaise with the business to ensure effective implementation of project deliverables and to the agreed business objectives


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Computer Science or similar field a plus
  • 2 years strong project/program management support experience with strong organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships with key partners and stakeholders within a highly matrixed enterprise team
  • Excellent grasp of project management principles and how they are applied in an enterprise
  • Superior analytical/problem solving ability
  • Ability to document actions/decisions in a clear and concise manner
  • Capability to design actionable reporting metrics (reports, dashboards, trends)
  • Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, highly proficient, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel
  • Familiarity and understanding of the agile development model
