The objective of this position is to provide comprehensive technical and administrative support in various capacities relative to quality control and due diligence. Quality Control Coordinator will report directly to Quality Assurance Manager CMA, but will also receive guidance and support from Senior Director and Senior Manager, Data Administration.



  • Activities associated with the Department operations relative to quality control.
  • Collect executed engagement letters and link them in the database.
  • Query D&B database to identify additional client relationship and industry issues.
  • Audit of the engagement letter approval process.
  • Collaborate with Project Specialist on collecting outstanding engagement letters.
  • Ongoing audit of the Firm's largest clients to identify governing engagement agreements.
  • Content manager for Teamsite.
  • Weekly audit of inactive RA's and AIC's.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.


  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.


This job requires:

  • a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university,


  • minimum 1-3 year of law firm experience,
