Job Description

Minimum of 3 + years of receptionist/administrative& support experience handling a busy office/high foot traffic environment preferred.

We are in search of an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The person selected should be a team player who is professional, approachable, helpful, and excited to be a part of a team. Candidates should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments while upholding proper business etiquette, greets and directs clients in an upbeat and friendly professional manner to the appropriate area or person.

  • Experience in the Financial Services (banking, financial planning, insurance & taxes) background preferred
  • Professional, service-oriented demeanor with pleasant, business-appropriate phone manners
  • Perform various administrative functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe scanning/combining documents
  • Attention to detail and accuracy skills with effective multitasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal client service communication skills
  • Open new accounts, process documentation for new and existing clients while answering questions regarding the firm’s products and services. 
  • Assist other departments with administrative support as needed
  • Prior experience with a multi phone line system
