Job Description

My name is Devin Pegram Ball and I am a Regional Sales Coordinator of the Elevate sales team. We are a very high-performance sales branch that is represented by Aflac a Fortune 125 company and we are expanding across Central Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the power of social and in-person networking to reach CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to determine which voluntary benefits programs suit their employees best
  • Make a difference by connecting with existing policyholders to provide service and support
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Build and maintain client relationships by working the Aflac Way
  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
