  • My duties as a software engineer intern include but are not limited to:

  • -Develop simulator to stress test routers digitally instead of using hardware, to speed up development cycle for the software team

  • -Create Python scripts to establish and maintain TCP connections between simulated devices in test beds

  • -Utilize hashing algorithms to increase speed and efficiency of simulator queries by 8%, compared to previous implementation

  • -Adapt existing open source code generators such as iMatix to assist in the generation of test scripts to improve test case accuracy and reusability
