Benjamin Sherman

About Me

Organized and detail-oriented administrative worker with 20 years of solid experience. Held prominent positions with the City of Philadelphia, including Assistant Managing Director of the Philadelphia Prison Population Unit, and Clerical Assistant to the Counsel Fee Unit. I also worked for TV Guide Magazine in several different capacities. I am someone who completes his assignments in a timely, thorough manner. I also put my interpersonal skills to good use, as I had to contact writers and editors about their close-ups. I also learned how to condense rather wordy copy into a snappy, one-to-two-sentence blurb about any given program.

I also forged solid business relationships with various attorneys and judges while working for the city, as my job required me to contact them, concerning their payments. I met and often surpassed my daily quota of processing 100 documents per day. I frequently received compliments from my superiors on my diligence and efficiency. My objective is to show companies that I am someone who will be ready to hit the ground running, once hired. I will be the best decision any hiring manager will make!
