  • Responsible for the capture and storage of all official programs, design, management and construction project documents.

  • Administrating the Document Manager portion of Open Text (LiveLink), which includes the creation and maintenance of document group folders.

  • Create, organize and maintainance of the onsite (hard copy) document storage.

  • Revised and organized all existing documents to create an index for easy retrieval of information.

  • Ensuring program staff are in compliance with record management procedures and operational standards.

  • Training project staff in document control record procedures and the use of the project-wide/ construction record creators within LiveLink.

  • Assists users in capturing and locating electronic information.
