  • I completed the loan application process for purchases and refinances by entering the data in our database.
  • Once this completed and all of the docs were collected the loan was submitted to the underwriting department for review and scheduling.
  • I was responsible for ordering, processing Appraisals, Titles, LOE, MECCAS, Assignments, and COOP Reviews.
  • Once all of these documents were received and approved the loan was cleared and set up for closing.
  • I was able to create a small reference manual for new employees that were not familiar with the new database that was recently launched at the time.
  • It was a great satisfaction that this was circulated throughout all of the loan departments across the board.
